INAT Solutions develops HIVE — business software for Swiss SMEs and freelancers, from quotes and Swiss QR invoices to accounting and VAT reports. The desktop app is available for Windows; macOS is in preparation. HIVE Web adds browser access to a shared workspace.

Our Mission

Administrative work shouldn't be a second full-time job. We want to enable small and medium businesses to handle quotes, invoices, payments and accounting efficiently — without complicated software, expensive licenses or forced cloud dependency. HIVE is built for Swiss requirements from the ground up: QR invoices, VAT rates and dunning work from the very first minute.

HIVE unites all essential business processes in one application — fully trilingual (German, English, French) and with complete dark mode support:

• Invoices with Swiss QR code, eBill/ZUGFeRD export and recurring invoices
• Quotes with one-click conversion to order confirmation and invoice
• Automatic dunning with three reminder levels
• Accounting with receipt scanner (OCR), bank import and VAT reporting
• Customer management (CRM) with revenue history and account statements, suppliers and service catalog
• Order calendar with Outlook synchronization and email sending directly from the app
• Optional modules for orders & projects, vehicles, tire storage and time tracking
